Spicy market trader to launch new brunch event!
Vicki Thomson from Malabar Aaanaa is quite new at the Uplands and Marina Markets but has already proven to be a destination stall with her authentic regional Indian curry pastes, spice blends, tiffin and sweet treats.
This new event is a pop up brunch with an Indian Twist. Being held on 6th September at 11:15am until 1pm at a secret location (will be revealed when payment is received).
The menu looks delicious:
Bombay Toast - sweet spiced bread fried and topped with banana, coconut and drizzled with honey.
Parsi Scrambled eggs with toast and grilled tomatoes
Umpa - a South Indian breakfast dish made with semolina, vegetables and spices, Served with coconut and coriander chutney.
Masala Chai / Fruit Juice / Coffee
